The videos are embedded using YouTube’s enhanced privacy mode. According to Google, no cookies are set until the video is actively played. When a video is started, personal data (such as your IP address) may be transmitted to Google servers.
I have no influence on this data processing. The use of YouTube is based on a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to present content in an appealing manner.
